Why do I keep sabotaging my weight loss and health?

No matter how much you lose you will always gain it back unless you change your eating habits. If you want a lasting effect then don't diet, just change your diet. Implement more fruits and veggies and tell yourself you love them. Learn healthy recipes and think about how fantastic they taste. When you start waking up feeling more energetic and your body feels different, think about how great it is. Soon enough you will change your eating habits and what you like. Eat what you want, but cut your usual portion down by at least a half and eat 6 times a day. When you eat less sugar than you start realizing that our cakes and chocolates are way too sweet. The slower your weight loss the more permanent it is.
