7 months pregnant - is this normal?

this is absolutely normal for both. I had the pains and between baby and the stretching my dr told me it was probably a pulled muscle down there. Also, with the bladder it is normal for the pressure on the bladder. Every time I had an ultrasound baby was head down using my bladder as a pillow. It'll only get worse with having to pee every 15 minutes. No worries. Good luck and congrats!
