Would you meet up with a one night stand 2 years later?

We met walking home from a club and ive never had a one night stand before, himself and his friend were bantering with my female friend, i was quiet then he asked me back to a party, I initiated the that night and I left him in bed during the night to go home with my female friend as we were catching a cab together and she wanted to leave. I also though tracked him down about 6 weeks later on FB and sent him a message saying how good it was and how it was just what i needed at that time, he replied but wasnt over enthusiastic. Now 2 yrs later hes adding me.
