My best friend of 6yrs is drifting away from me!!?

i am bff with a girl named debbie. She got her first bf, and now she NEVER hangs out with me n e more! She is with him 24/7! But when shes not with him and is with me she tells me how much she doesnt like him and wants to break up. But when she is on the phone with him and with him she ALWAYS says "I Love You" to him! I cant stand it!! But i dont want to loose her!!
