Why do guys get to have fun and get around, but if a girl does it then she's a skank?

why can a guy make out or sleep around with everyone, and nobody thinks anything of it, but his friends give him props, but if a girl does it then everyone talks crap on her and she is considered like a hoe or something bad like that please somebody explain this to me?
