Who can help me with my hair-dye situation?

I'm 12 years old (please don't comment on my age) and my mother dyed my hair red for me. My hair color was dyed black in August with permanent dye. On the bottle it said that you had to bleach all dark hair before using. My mother on the other hand, ignored the directions and just put the dye right in. None of the red took. I am extremely mad because I told her that she should buy hair bleacher. The only red things on me now, is my skin near my hairline and my scalp. What do I do? Piss and moan about my hair until she caves and fixes my hair, try and get the red off me (which I'm pretty sure it wont come off), or deal with it...but still being pissy and moaney?
