Banana's are higher in carbs and sugars then a lot of other fruits, however, they have a lot of good things in them for you. They have about 80 calories in them, where as most fruits would have around 30. However, a 100 cal pack of a snack (chips or something sweet) would have more calories, and nothing nutritional in them. A banana would be fine for a snack, but maybe not everyday? You could try other fruits and have the banana with breakfast or as a snack a couple a days a week, that would be fine.
