Forgotten Procedure! How to Back-Date Windows - 7?

I've only done this once but forgotten where do you find the page where you take your computer back in time. Something freaky happened with my movie downloads. So I decided to rift to previous date and redo my upgrades from there, but I forgot what that procedure is called & where to find it .
