1985 chevy pk 350 motor smoke?

when i drive 20 miles or more and let off the gas my engines smokes out the right side pipe i have duals exhaust so i no the problem is on that side i pulled all of the plugs and found the very last one #8 was oily i think it is a valve giude just wont do it all of the time i replaced pvc valve help please
