Anyone want to start a boy band? in michigan.?

I want to bring the boy band back! But NOT like Nsync or those damned backstreet boys!!!! i want to do something sort of like the KPOP idols. the bands we grew up with have nothing on these korean groups. I want to have the sickchoreographyy and awesome dance music. I want to start an APOP(american pop) or UPOP(united states pop) revolution. I'm looking for guys who can dance and sing or dance and rap starting at the age of 18 or 17 i guess.
