Government planning tio spy on all private communications : implying we're all potential terrorists?

Prevention is better than cure. The selfish and unscrupulous people make use of the innocent people to twist tide in their favour by hook or by crook.So one should remain vigilant to avoid any strike by the so called groups and one should not be taken unaware. So this preventive measure is not to be questioned and we being clear should not make any fuss out of it.
