How do you put more games on Rockbox?

... other than the ones that are already there? I've seen people with gameboy games on Rockbox (on YouTube), but I absolutely have no idea how to put them on. I'm also a good ol' dummie when it comes to PC lingo or whatever it's called, so I'd appreciate it if someone could explain it step-by-step? Thanks a whole BUNCH in advance!
