I was wondering what scene this movie is from?

i was watching the tonight show with jay leno and he showed a clip of a movie.it looked exactly like the scene from no country for old men(same people from the coin toss scene)except it was funnier.the guy behind the counter didn't know what a coin toss was and was asking questions like "what if the coin landed on the center,and it was both heads and tails"and afterwards the guy asking for the coin toss says i was going to kill u but u aggravated me'" and the guy behind the counter says "u can still kill me if u like".i was just wonderin if this was a parody or maybe an extended version and was wondering where i could find it.
