Try another vet, or do the ER. They are generally kind and will help you put her down, which it sounds is about the only relief she'll get from here on until the end. If she acts like she's in pain and is crying, and she is, do her a favor, muster up the courage and do her the kindest act you can, relieve her pain. She's had a long life and would likely never have lived this long without your TLC. Don't desert her now, she trusts you to make her feel better. Sometimes this is the only way to do so.
