I think you should go with the flow of things if its meant to be he will return and things will be better then it was before cause he has already known how you feel about him and when guys already know how a woman feel about them sometimes it take the pressure off the relationship because you have gone though that dating awkward stage. So relax see it though and hopefully your past will be the past and your present Will be much, much better with him or just have a long life friend which everyone need at least one.
