Other than lawyers, who benefits from terrorism and why do lawyers appoint themselves with briefly ending it?

On a lighter note do the UK Coalition (example Williun Vague) embody the mood, deserve the goodwill and trust of the public or do they simply commit fraud (talk poppy) to a capitalist public that has no time for their unreasonable excuses and transparent amateur lack of professionalism which damages the interest of us all and incomprehensibly themselves?
