Wait a minute... what in the hell??? I thought the Tea Party HAS no leader/leadership?

What is this "National Tea Party Federation" crap I'm hearing about??? And Mark Williams and the Tea Party Express? Aren't they the same ones that FOX was promoting??? How do you kick them OUT of the Tea Party if there's NO Tea Party leader? Won't this be a huge blow to the movement??? I'm not being facetious.
