What can I do for a living???

I am currently unemployed in the Los Angeles area. I have 3 years of college finished and I'm working on the 4th via an online program. I have about 5 years of customer service experience and 2 years of sales experience. I'm computer literate and type 55wpm. I'm very professional and great with people. I need at least $38,000 a year to cover my rent/car/student loans and other expenses. I have had plenty of opportunities to work at the rate of $10/hour but that's really not a living wage in this area. What can I do for a living? I'm running out of ideas.
