What is a good type of job for a new mother? ?

I am 30 weeks pregnant today and currently employed at Money Management International, a consumer credit counseling agency. I take many calls all day where people are struggling financially with both unsecured debt and mortgage crisisis. I don't want to sit on my all day for the rest of my life and listen to other peoples issues when I have them of my own. I have experience as a Medical istant but, want a front office job where they are willing to train me. Can you guys give me some ideas? I want to spend most time with my daughter when she is born but, I still would need a part time job that is uplifting and keeps me motivated.
