Kidney problem.......?

I have had kidney infections all my life and since I don't insurance I have never been able to find the real cause for these infections. The worse one I have had was when I was 15, I had a high fever, vomiting, I couldn't even hold down water, I was puking up stomach bile for hours, I can't even count how many times the janitor was cleaning up my puke (as gross as it is) well anyways, I have a son and can barley afford what I need to so even thinking about sending myself to the doctor is a lost cause. Anyways, I am feeling another kidney infection coming on and the only thing that I know to do is wait till it gets bad enough to go to the hospital. But I am so sick of this! I live in the state of Wy and they don't offer any kind of medical help unless you are under 18 of age of over 60 of age! So ya what should I do? Oh and also, does a kidney infection pain include pain under your rib cage? If not what could that be? It is like a duel ache.
